About
Engineer, builder, listener. Twenty years of shipping software, the last few obsessed with what AI lets a team become.
Hi, I’m Benjamín — a senior engineer who has spent two decades shipping enterprise software, the last few obsessed with what modern AI lets a small team become.
I work where product, platform and AI meet: turning vague problems into systems that hold under load and surfaces that feel inevitable. I value calm work, measurable outcomes, and the discipline of saying no.
Recent collaborations have taken me through multi-tenant enterprise platforms, real-time messaging architectures, observability initiatives, automation built on Synology and Kubernetes, and AI tooling around Claude Code, Codex and local models.
-
Calm engineering
Boring tooling that lets a team move without drama. Predictability beats novelty.
-
Outcome-shaped scope
I scope by the outcome you want, not by the tickets to write. The smallest credible bet first.
-
AI as leverage
AI is a multiplier, not a story. I ship agents that survive Monday morning, not demos that survive Twitter.
-
Observable by default
If it is in production, it tells me how it feels. Logs, traces, metrics — and a single dashboard a human can read.
