As Data Manager, I'm the responsible for providing the infrastructure that must exist around the information, Monitoring systems, IDP and Agile Framework.
Develop and implement together with the rest of the stakeholders the monitoring strategy of the IT Operations area towards a unified monitoring.
Together with the Applications and Integration teams, guarantee compliance with the Quality processes, and evolve them to adapt to the Group's Agile and DevOps methodology and support them with third-party tools.
Involved in IT Services for the Olympic Games since PyeongChang 2018, I have been as Infrastructure & Data Management role.
I'm worwiking together Chief Integration Officer and Central Operations and Delivery director delivering, and operating the critical services for Chief Technology Officer Atos Major Events. The success of the Games depends on delivering with fixed time constraints and budget, while ensuring the quality and security of the services is provided to the maximum level. From Chief Application Officer to Chief Integration Officer, I led the evolution of the systems se: from Waterfall methology (HPQC) to Agile Methology (OCTANE ALM), I have implemented improvements in quality processes, I had atomated tasks as Automate Regression Testing with Selenium-Grid + Jenkins, Performance Test with LoadRunner)...
From side Chief Infractucture and Technology Officer, I help them to monitoring Infractucture with LogicMonitor and Promethus with Grafana, giving support to the tools and extracting metrics from different API such as Alibaba API Monitoring for example.
Considering my developer profile, I have been able to develop my own tools (Scripts, WEB Components, Middleware...). to help my team andme to reduce tasks, and improve times. for instance automating processes between tools and their APIs or data dump.
Also I having to implement own or third-party solutions in AKS with Helm or kubernetes manifest, and also I had have to integrated it with AKV for major security
I am proud to be part of the team that helped to Tokyo and Beijing to reached the excellence in the delivery thanks to organisation changes and the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Such transformation allowed to increase efficiency and quality while bringing cost savings to the Organising Committees.
